TKE Plus — Service & Refund Terms

1. Purpose

These Service & Refund Terms supplement the TKE Plus Terms of Service (tkeplus.com/terms). They describe, at a high level, how monthly coverage and one-off services relate to fees, when fees are earned, and our refund approach.

2. Monthly Coverage (TKE Plus) vs One-Off Break/Fix

TKE Plus monthly coverage: ongoing monthly IT support coverage for small businesses. What monthly coverage includes will be stated in quotes, plan descriptions, or other written agreements.

One-off break/fix help: non-subscription work quoted and performed as a discrete engagement (diagnosis, repair, setup, or similar, as agreed in writing).

Service area: we provide on-site service in Osawatomie and Miami County, Kansas, and remote support everywhere.

These may be combined for a customer (for example, a subscriber also ordering one-off work outside plan scope) when quoted separately.

3. Pricing; When Fees Are Earned

Pricing is by quote. Please call 913.378.7191 for pricing. The price will be confirmed with you before work starts.

Subscription (TKE Plus): fees are earned for the coverage period once the billing period begins or payment is processed for that period, subject to applicable law.
One-off services: fees are earned as work is performed or as milestones in the quote are met, as stated in the applicable quote.

Payment methods will be stated in your quote or invoice.

4. Refunds

Refunds are discretionary or as required by law.

Goodwill refunds are handled case by case after we review the issue with you.
Where law requires a refund or remedy, we will comply.
These terms do not create a blanket money-back guarantee.

No refunds, credits, or penalties based on response times or uptime are offered.

5. Parts and Third-Party Costs

Parts, hardware, software licenses, cloud subscriptions, shipping, and other third-party costs are excluded from service fees unless expressly quoted as included.

The customer pays parts and third-party costs as quoted or as a pass-through agreed in writing. Non-returnable or opened parts may be non-refundable under the vendor's policy.

6. Cancellation of Subscription

You may cancel the TKE Plus subscription before the next billing cycle begins. Cancel before the next cycle to avoid being charged for that upcoming period.

7. Disputes; Chargebacks

Please contact us by phone or mail before initiating a payment dispute so we can attempt to resolve the issue.
